APPLICATION PROCESS:

We offer booths to both non-profits and for-profits. All booths are expected to have an overarching mission that aligns with Her Festival. To apply, please read our booth guidelines and information below, before completing the application. Within the application, you must digitally provide your current proof of liability insurance coverage for $1,000,000, which must include Voices of the Community and Her Festival as additionally insured. Once you have applied we will consider your organization as a booth, and you can expect to hear back from us via email in two weeks. After you have been approved, you will have two weeks to mail your booth fees to us, which will secure your booth. Email voicesofthecommunitysb@gmail.com with any questions regarding booths.

BOOTH INFORMATION:

  • A purchase of a booth is for the entire duration of Her Festival: March 8th, 2020 12pm-4pm.

  • All Booths will be provided one 8 foot table and two chairs along with their booth space

  • A booth for a non-profit with 501c3 or 501c6 status is $125

  • A booth for a for-profit is $175

  • Checks for booths must be made to Voices of The Community and mailed to:c/o Voices of the Community, 7266 Alameda Ave. Goleta, CA 93117

  • Refunds for booth fees will not be provided in any circumstance

  • More information regarding booth set up and take down will be provided closer to the festival date

Booth Requirements:

  • All booths will be located on Girsh Park within the premises of Her Festival.

  • The exact placement of all booths will be decided by the Her Festival planning committee, with the goal of promoting maximum traffic to all booths. An official map of booths will be released two weeks before the event.

  • All booths must bring their own easy-up tent with dimensions: 10ft by 10ft.

  • There must be staff at the booth during all the hours of the festival.

  • Booth activities must coordinate with that of the theme of Her Festival.

  • Any booth presenting material found to be offensive will be asked to leave. This will be at the discretion of the Her Festival Planning Committee.

  • All booths must submit their proof of insurance before they may be considered to booth.

  • Booth fees will not be refunded.

  • If you are selling a product, you must have a valid California Seller’s Permit or resale number. This needs to be posted at the booth. The Seller’s Permit is easy to get, and is free. Temporary one-day or regular permits are accepted.
